Bio

Dr. A. R. Chabukswar completed his B. Pharm. (1998) from Pune University, M. Pharm. (2000) from Mumbai University and Ph. D. (2009) from Shivaji University Kolhapur. He is presently working as Professor & HOD Pharmaceutical Chemistry at School of Pharmacy, Pune from 19th September 2000. He is actively involved in Academic, research and administrative activities of Pharmacy school. He has published more than 60 research articles in referred Journals. He has co-authored 5 books. He has filed 2 Indian patents. He has completed 2 minor research projects of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has received research grants from Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi as Principal investigator. He is working as Co-Principal Investigator on Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi funded project.

He was awarded as Ideal Teacher award by MAEER’s Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2008. He has received “Best Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry” award at 11th Innovative Education Leadership Award on 16th February 2019 at Taj Hotel, Mumbai. He is recipient of Dr APJ Abdul kalam Promising Research and Innovation award 2019 by Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune on 15th October 2019.

He has guided 02 Ph. D. students successfully. He has guided 53 M. Pharm students and presently 05 students of M. Pharm and 03 students of Ph.D. are working on their project under his guidance.
